Terms of Use
Last updated: 21 August 2026
By using CardRack you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.
Your account
You need an email address. Keep access to it secure — anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, because that's how magic links work. One account per person. You must be 13 or older.
Handles are first come, first served. We reserve the right to reclaim handles that impersonate someone, infringe a trademark, or are being squatted.
Your cards, and what a rack actually claims
Adding a card to your rack is a display claim, not a proof of ownership. Cert numbers are public information. Anyone can read one off a listing photo and type it in. So a card appearing on someone's rack means they said it's yours — nothing more.
More than one person can display the same cert. Cards change hands, and a previous owner's rack may still show a card as history. We don't treat that as fraud by default.
Selling requires proof. Before a card can be offered for sale, its holder must prove possession — currently by photographing the slab alongside a code we issue. At most one person can hold a verified claim on a cert at a time. This is deliberate: display stays frictionless, and proof is required exactly where money moves.
Don't display cards you don't own. It's a violation of these terms and we will remove them and may suspend the account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You give us a licence to store, display and distribute them for the purpose of running CardRack — including showing them on your public rack and in link previews when your rack is shared. That licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies in routine backups.
Don't upload anything you don't have the right to upload, and don't upload anything illegal, hateful, or sexual.
Card data and values
Card details come from third parties, mostly PSA. We render what they tell us. If a grader's record is wrong, ours will be too.
Manually entered cards are typed by their owner. We do not verify them.
Any value we show is an estimate derived from public market data. It is not an appraisal, not a guarantee, and not a solicitation. It may be wrong, and it will often be stale. Where we don't have enough data to be honest about a number, we show no number.
Nothing on CardRack is investment or financial advice. Cards are an illiquid, volatile, unregulated asset. Decisions you make about buying, selling or holding are yours alone.
Independence
CardRack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with PSA, Collectors, Beckett, SGC, CGC, eBay, or any grading company, marketplace, or card manufacturer. Their names and trademarks are used only to identify the companies and cards they refer to.
What we don't promise
CardRack is provided "as is." We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that any data on it is accurate. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you've paid us in the past twelve months.
We may change or discontinue features. If we shut CardRack down, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your collection.
Ending things
You can delete your account any time by emailing hello@cardrack.ai.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, and particularly one that displays cards it doesn't own or attempts to sell a card it can't prove possession of.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
